AI needs to be controlled by governments not entrepreneurs or business people. There should be no case where AI replaces a human where the human could easily carry out the job. AI should not be used simply to reduce business costs. AI should be implemented responsibly.

Where AI does replace a human considerations should be given to the age of the human. No human over the age of 50 years of age should be replaced because of barriers of age discrimination that exist in the workplace.

The implications of AI are vast and need to be regulated and controlled by government and legislation. Again no human should be replaced by AI if a human can do the job.

There is a potential to de-stabilize economic activity and there are implications to the proper functioning of society if AI is allowed to replace humans in an uncontrolled manner. These posts look at the implications of AI.

The first thing you need to realise is that from the inception of Science Fiction writing there has been this notion that a future with machines will lead to a less  complicated  lifestyle for the human race as machines undertake  most of the tasks that humans have to perform  routinely in their daily lives in order to survive. This leads to a life of leisure  for humans. What needs to be understood is that this Utopia was just a fictional ideal that in reality  would never happen or only partially  happen for those that have control of the machines.
