Despite the BBC manipulations of the footage in relation to Donald Trump’s speech prior to the Capitol Hill Riots in 2021 and Trump’s subsequent threats of suing the BBC for billions of dollars, there is strong evidence that implicates Trump as inciting those Riots.
The events leading up to those Riots implicate Trump as inciting those Riots. Trump continued to suggest that the Election was fraudulent. He maintained that despite evidence to the contrary that he had legitimately won the election despite offering no proof whatsoever that the Election had been rigged and that the result was not legitimate.
Trump continued to use social media and the TV and press to proclaim to his followers and supporters that the Election was not legitimate and that it was rigged and had been a conspiracy. The purpose of all this and his reticence to evacuate the White House and hand over power to Joe Biden and the Biden Administration, was to incite and outrage the crowd and his supporters. The speech in front of the Whitehouse was simply the culmination and endorsement of this anger. A final incitement to the crowd and almost an endorsement of the crowd’s anger. The crowd and Trump’s supporters in general were led to believe that they had been cheated by a corrupt system and Trump’s actions and claims of injustice and Election fraud simply added more fuel to the fire that Trump had started in the first place. Trump had been the instigator of this notion that the electorate had been robbed and Trump himself had created these feelings of injustice. All this was a reaction to Trump’s lies because he had been defeated in the Election. Trump created the narrative that stoked the anger that led to the public taking the law into their own hands and directing this anger against public institutions. Hence Trump was responsible for the Capitol Hill Riots by delivering and distribution of fake information. Fake news as he would put it.
I would encourage the BBC to fight any lawsuit by Trump because the sentiments in those documentaries was right but the way that they did it was wrong and misguided.
So sue me for a billion dollars for telling the truth
Well good luck with that because I haven’t got any money or property worth suing me for.
