We all know why Trump went after Meduro in Venezuela, primarily for US access to oil. However there has also been suggestions that the action that Trump’s intervention in Venezuela was because the President was an illegitimate dictator. Is Greenland going to be Trump’s next target? Any attack or invasion of Greenland is likely to trigger article 5 of NATO. Because America is a key part of NATO any attack on Greenland is likely to mean the partial break up of NATO. This is likely to make Putin very happy because it’s something that Putin has been aiming for and now Trump is likely to doing it for him and handing it to him on a plate.
