Trump has continually withheld support that could have given an advantage to the Ukrainians in this war. Now there seems to have been a declaration from the Whitehouse that the current administration now want Putin to win the war in Ukraine . They are saying that they don’t see the point of further supporting the Ukrainian war effort because they expect Russia to win. So they are encouraging the Ukrainians to adopt a strategy of capitulation in line with Putin’s demands. Well what a cop out excuse. Why?

Yes despite the facts Trump has continually withheld support that could have given an advantage to the Ukrainians in this war. Trump and his administration has refused to give in to requests from the Ukraine to provide them with longer range missiles that could have targeted strategic sites in Russia. Trump has also refused to put any really strict and telling sanctions on Russia that could have also made an impression upon Putin’s resolve.
Trump is looking at the War in the Ukraine as a money making adventure for personal gain
In fact Trump has done very little indeed and has been in favour of being nice to Putin throughout his new term in Office. what is the motivation for this? Well Trump is looking at the War in the Ukraine as a money making adventure for personal gain. It could even be that Trump is being offered money and investment opportunities in person by Putin. Trump has always been driven by personal rewards, awards or flattery. He is desperate to get awarded the Noble Peace Prize and this together with investment opportunities in Russia seems to be what is driving Trump closer and closer to Putin, which Putin has taken advantage of by making peace impossible on any other terms than those offered by Putin himself. Putin knows that Trump is conceited and vain and driven by money. This could be the reason why Trump and his administration have done nothing to offer real telling support to Zelensky. Now they have totally aligned themselves with the Putin’s way of thinking.
I still believe that Trump is a Russian Asset being controlled by Putin. Trump’s refusal to commit to properly supporting the Ukraine in order to gain an advantage in this war has been deliberate. It has severely hampered the war effort by the Ukraine making the Ukraine appear to be weaker than it should be. In my opinion meaningful support has been withheld by Trump upon Putin’s orders and Trump and his corrupt administration have been colluding with Putin to unduly hamper the Ukrainians’ war effort. Because of these refusals of effective assistance to the Ukraine it means that the Ukraine war effort has been unduly disadvantaged.
Now Trump and Putin are capitalising on these disadvantages, that Trump in the most part has caused, to swing events in favour of Putin. Well in my opinion Putin couldn’t have done a better job if he did it himself. The whole fiasco has his fingerprints all over this strategy. Putin’s shadow is extending all over America as if he owns it and Trump is facilitating this and allowing this to happen. Trump is an American traitor and a stool pigeon mock President.

Putin is accutely aware that there is a rift between how the Americans and the Europeans see this war in the Ukraine finishing. He is also aware that Europe is currently trying to strengthen it’s armed forces in line to the threat from Putin. Putin wants to split the NATO alliance and is on the way to achieving this through Trump’s America. However he also sees that support for a secure Ukraine is coming from Europe in dissent to America’s attempts to broker a peace that is favourable to Putin but one that also leaves the Ukraine exposed to future incurrsions from the Russians.
Putin is attempting to keep his hope of imperialism alive and he still wants ownership of the Ukraine that is why he is against both the Ukraine joining NATO and against having a European Peace Force stationed in the Ukraine. Putin’s strategy to getting a smoother transistion to peace in the Ukraine on his terms lies with his influence over Trump. However the Europeans have been providing a level of dissent and disagreement to the terms of peace being offered by Putin. Europe is now an obstacle and a nuisance to his plans so now he gets Trump to turn on the Europeans in order to try to start a process of destabilisation in those countries with suggestions that their leaders are weak. Trump has been encouraging destabilsing action by the extreme Rightwing in those nations. Well this is a typical Putin strategy being used here and it’s being implemented through Donald Trump as his mouthpiece. Putin likes to destabilise countries by encouraging dissidence and troublemaking and extreme opposition. Putin has even armed such factions in his aim to destabilise and fragment to make countries vulnerable. This again is Putin acting behind the scenes.
Europe should now provide the Ukraine with long range missiles that can target essential Russian assets. Even target civilian infrastructure in the way that Putin targets innocent civilians. This should be enough to give the advantage back to the Ukraine in this war. Making civilians of Russia targets should be enough to swing public opinion in Russia against Putin. The war must be taken to effect the lives ordinary Russian civilians in the same way that Putin has taken the war to the civilian population of the Ukraine. So far this war has been one sided. I personally find it detestable that Americans can side with Trump and Putin knowing the war crimes that Putin is committing in the Ukraine and targeting innocent civilians. At least the Ukrainians have conducted themselves with honor in this war. However Europe now needs to step up and provide the Ukraine with the means it needs to defeat Putin.
