Of course Zionism is racist. The Greens have it exactly right. Anyone who disputes this needs only to look to what is happening in the West Bank where Jews are persecuting the Palestinians. They are robbing them of their land by forcing them out of their properties by intimidation and violence. This is also supported by a totally inappropriate and biased security force the IDF who also exhibit traits of racism and generally support the ethnic cleansing going on. The IDF often look on and do nothing whilst Jewish Settlers burn down the Palestinians Olive trees and slaughter their animals with the aims of forcing them from their land and making the situation intolerable for them. The IDF isn’t a peace keeping force it’s armed assistance of vandalism and intimidation. The IDF are seemingly unaccountable to anyone. The IDF have been known murder children and adults with impunity and lack of accountability. No murders of any Palestinians has ever been proved to be unlawful. The Palestinians seemingly have no real rights of any redress.
Britain should Boycott all Israeli produce and put severe sanction all exports to Israel
The Labour Government have done very little other than to put sanctions on Israeli products coming from the West Bank but this is only scrat the surface. Andy Burnham’s Government needs to go much much further to put pressure on Israel to curb what has been going on in the West Bank and Gaza. At present it very easy for the West Bank to avoid the current sanctions by rerouting produce through Israel. In effect disguising the origin. We need something far tougher and far more effective if we are to persuade Israel to change. We need to be putting up strong objections to the IDF policing both the West Bank and Gaza. We need an immediate withdrawal of this biased and violent ‘peace keeping force’. Instead the UN should install a property impartial peace keeping force not a policing and oppressive force that is basically unaccountable to proper human conduct. No further Arms Contracts should be honoured with Israel and existing contracts and exports should be dropped. Tell Andy Burnham we need more.
